Symptom
- After upgrading ASE to 16.1 SP00 PL02
- ASE returns error 16220 when querying monTables:
Msg 16220, Level 16, State 1:
Server 'ASE', Line 1:
Failed to allocate 31932 bytes from the memory pool when collecting data for table '$monOpenObjectActivity'.
Please consider increasing the pool size via the 'MDA memory pool size' option to accommodate larger memory requirements. - This can be seen for any of the monTables, with these ones most likely:
- monLocks
- monProcess
- monOpenObjectActivity
- In a Business Suite environment with DBACockpit, Data Collectors of the indexes and tables may raise these with messages including:
Error in job scheduling / execution (job exit code = 0; job user code = 1-)
