3767889 - Update Certificates Using Manage Certificate Application in SAP Traceability Hub

SAP Traceability Hub (TH)

• Missing authorization to access the Manage Certificates app.
• Expired or expiring TLS/MLS certificates requiring replacement.

1. Grant Access to Manage Certificates App (if not already assigned)

Production application URL - https://ich4ls.cloud.sap/site#Shell-home

Staging application URL - https://test.ich4ls.cloud.sap/site#Shell-home

• Log in to the SAP TH Portal.
• Navigate to User Management.
• Select the relevant user.
• Under Applications, select Manage Certificates.
• Click Save.

Note - Only Admin Users can perform above steps. If no Admin Users are added, please create a case to SAP TH Support Team.

2. Update Certificate Using Manage Certificates App

• Open the Manage Certificates app.

Case 1: TLS Only

• Upload the new certificate.
• Click Activate.
• The existing certificate will be replaced with the new certificate in SAP TH.

Case 2: MLS (if applicable)

• Upload the new certificate.
• Click Activate to update the certificate.

Additional Information -

• Ensure that the correct certificate file is uploaded before activation.
• Activation immediately replaces the existing active certificate.
• Proper user authorization is required to access and perform certificate management activities.
