3767943 - Error: "CIG-POR-00191" is displayed when I upload a new certificate to Managed Gateway for Spend&Network

Symptom

When I upload a new SAP Cloud Integration (CPI) certificate in Managed Gateway for Spend&Network for a certificate rollover, I receive the following message:

Upload of your CA certificate does not guarantee the CA is part of the SAP approved list. Please refer to the Trusted certificate authorities section of the user guide in Resources > Implementation Guides > User Guide > SAP Integration Suite, managed gateway for spend management and SAP Business Network Portal Guide for a list of approved CAs and contact support if you have connection issues.

Error Code: CIG-POR-00191

I am concerned that the upload has failed. I also notice that the Common Name (CN) on the new certificate is different from the old one.
