3767970 - Labels Not Visible in SYSOVERALLPOTENTIAL and SYSOVERALLCUSTOM1 Portlets, Only External Code Shows Until Selecting View all

• In the sysoverallpotential and sysoverallcustom1 portlets, only the rating number (external code) is shown before selecting View all; the label is not displayed.
• The label appears only after selecting View all.
• No error messages are displayed.

1. Open an employee’s profile and locate the sysoverallpotential and sysoverallcustom1 portlets.
2. Observe that before selecting View all, only the rating number/external code is displayed and the label is not visible.
3. Select View all and observe that the label then appears.

The portlet field visibility configuration allowed the rating/external code to show in the summary view while the label was not set to display there.

1. Go to Manage Business Configuration.
2. Navigate to the Employee Profile section and open the sysoverallpotential portlet.
3. Choose Take Action > Details for the rating value field, then set Visibility to None to hide the rating/external code so the label displays.
4. Save the changes for sysoverallpotential.
5. Repeat steps 2–4 for the sysoverallcustom1 portlet.
6. Verify on the employee profile that the label is now visible without needing to select View all.
