3767974 - Business rule for user id not applied when initiating candidates from SmartRecruiters to onboarding - Onboarding

• System does not apply the business rule to generate the user id when a candidate is moved from SmartRecruiters to Onboarding.
• User id is generated from the sequence maintained from Company Logo and Settings instead of the custom business rule.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Move a candidate from SmartRecruiters to Onboarding.
2. Go to Onboarding and review the candidate’s user id.
3. Observe that the user id is sourced from the Company Logo and Seetings sequence instead of being generated by the custom business rule.

Expected behavior

Currently, custom user id when initiating Onboarding from Smart Recruiters is not supported yet.
