Resolution
This is a known issue and engineering is working on a fix.
The workaround availabe is using Manage Data to adjust task grouping and order:
- Navigate to Manage Data.
- Open Onboarding Program and select the program to change.
- Choose Take Action and select Make a Correction.
- Scroll to Tasks.
- Open the details of each task that needs to be moved or reordered.
- Set customTaskGroupId:
- 1 = Primary tasks
- 2 = Secondary tasks
- Set customTaskViewOrder to define the position within the group:
- Each position must be unique within the group.
- Positions start at 1.
- Save the changes and verify the ordering in Manage Onboarding.
Note: A product fix is under development under OBX-44029.
