3768057 - Transport Request Import Failure - Error TR012 (Program RDDEXECL Terminated)

Attempting to import a Transport Request. However, the transport import is failing during execution with the following error:

     "Program canceled (job RDDEXECL, number 16200200) Message No. TR012"

The TR fails with a dump shown in the log overview for Job:    RDDEXECL 
     "Internal session terminated with a runtime error UNCAUGHT_EXCEPTION (see ST22)      00           671  "
