3768088 - How to allow a manager to enter ratings in an employee self-evaluation section

• The manager completes the employee’s annual review and needs to enter the rating in the “Self-Evaluation” section on behalf of the employee.
• No permission or configuration setting is found to allow the manager to complete this section instead of the employee.

1. Open a performance review form as the manager.
2. Navigate to the employee’s self-evaluation section.
3. Attempt to enter a rating on behalf of the employee and observe that no permission/configuration is available to allow this.

How-to query

• Use proxy management to act as the employee and complete the self-evaluation section; enable and assign proxy, then have the manager proxy into the employee to enter ratings on the form.
• Use delegation for performance reviews to grant access only to the required form; enable the delegation feature, create the delegation for the specific performance review, and have the delegate enter the ratings on the form.
