3768115 - I notice that role assignments with a past validity end date are not exported as deletions by ARBCIG_MASTER_DATA_EXPORT incremental load

When running the ARBCIG_MASTER_DATA_EXPORT program in incremental mode, I notice that role assignments whose validity end date (TO_DAT) has passed are not appearing in the GroupConsolidated_Delete Elements Only.csv file. The expired roles remain active in Ariba Buying and Invoicing (B&I) after the end date is reached in SAP ERP, causing user provisioning inconsistencies.

This behavior occurs when the role's validity end date was set on a date earlier than the last incremental load run. Role assignments whose end date and change date fall on the same incremental load cycle are exported correctly.
