3768154 - SLG1 Error: "Action not possible; runtime object cannot be used in the current client."

Symptom

  • Migration cockpit activities remain long-running in Scheduled or Started status.
  • The cockpit Monitoring tab does not allow canceling these jobs.
  • Running report /LTB/JOB_DISPATCHER does not clear the queue (entries remain in Scheduled/Started).
  • SLG1 application log shows: "Action not possible; runtime object cannot be used in the current client."
