Symptom

  • Attachment XML Upload fails with the error: Attachment cannot be processed as the DetailItemReference zXXXX is not in Pending status
  • Activity Item is in Pending status
  • Activity Item is configured with one of the following Completion Types:
    • Add Attachment with Expiration Date
    • Add Attachment to Statement of Work
    • Add Form Attachment
    • Add Attachment to Worker
