Symptom
- The Register Now button is inactive for a class for all users.

- Users are unable to enroll in a new class of the same learning item

Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Learning
Reproducing the Issue
- Configure a learning item with a value for Prevent Multiple Class Registration Interval.
- Create multiple classes for the same learning item.
- Register a user into one of the classes.
- Attempt to register the same user into another class of the same item within the configured interval period.
- Observe that the registration is blocked and the system displays the error message.
Cause
The learning item has the Prevent Multiple Class Registration Interval configured, which restricts users from registering into another class of the same item within a defined number of days.
Resolution
- Run the User Learning Plan Audit Report (CSV) to identify previous class registrations for the affected learning item.
- Verify whether users were previously registered in other classes of the same item.
- Navigate to the learning item settings and review the Prevent Multiple Class Registration Interval value.
- Adjust the days in "Prevent Multiple Class Registration Interval"
Note: The Prevent Multiple Class Registration Interval configuration determines the number of days during which a user is not allowed to register for another class of the same learning item.
