3768197 - [1H2026] Picklist Order is not Applied in Latest People Profile

Symptom

  • Picklist order is not working as expected in Latest People Profile for custom MDF when Enable the latest Editing and history UI for Employee Central HRIS Entities on Full Profile is enabled.
  • Picklist not adhering to custom or alphabetical order set in Picklist Center.

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite 1H 2026

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Picklist Center and open the picklist
  2. Confirm that Display Order is set to Custom or Alphabetical



  3. Go to People Profile and see the picklist values are not following the expected order

Cause

This is a Known Issue.

Resolution

The fix for this issue is planned to be deployed on 2H 2026 release.

No workaround is available if Enable the latest Editing and history UI for Employee Central HRIS Entities on Full Profile is enabled.

To check if this feature is enabled.

  1. Go to Admin Center
  2. Search for ˜Configure Latest People Profile˜ tool
  3. Go to ˜General Settings˜
  4. Select ˜Enable the latest Editing and history UI for Employee Central HRIS Entities on Full Profile˜
