3768199 - "Facts could not be loaded" would appear when accessing the seamless planning model in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)

• When accessing the seamless planning model, error message "Facts could not be loaded" would appear
• When accessing the story based on seamless planning model, error message "Failed to fectch data" would appear
• Check in har file and console log, below error message would appear:
  "Not authorized, reason: : Insufficient privilege on object level: ......."

• SAP Analytics Cloud 2026.8.10

1. Log into SAC
2. Access the Seamless Planning models stored in Datasphere space
   => Observe that the error message "Facts could not be loaded" would appear
3. Create a story based on the Seamless Planning model
   => Observe that error message "Failed to fetch data" would appear
4. Check the har file and console log tracing the process of accessing the Seamless Planning model or story based on Seamless Planning model, below error message can be found out:
   "Not authorized, reason: : Insufficient privilege on object level: ......." 

The issue is caused by a defect in the product.

This issue has been fixed.
