3768220 - eDocument Peppol: Participant ID Shows 'Not Visible' in Peppol Directory TEST in DRC Cloud Edition Non-Production Environment

After registering a Peppol participant ID in DRC Cloud Edition (non-production/test plan) and submitting it to the Peppol Authority for verification, the participant status transitions through Identifier Validation Pending → Registration Pending, but the participant ID does not appear in the Peppol Directory TEST search. The DRC Cloud Edition Peppol Exchange portal also shows the participant as "Not visible".

This behavior is observed for all countries except Singapore when using a non-production (test) plan in DRC Cloud Edition.
