3768287 - Error Occurs When Using "Assign to Others" Feature in SuccessFactors Learning

Users encounter an error message after completing all steps and clicking the "Close" button when using the "Assign to Others" feature in SuccessFactors Learning. 

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Log in to SuccessFactors system as a Manager.
2. Navigate to Learning.
3. Browse All.
4. Select and open any Program > Click 'Assign to others'.
5. Add Employees > Click 'Next ' -> The message displays "Successfully Assigned - The items/programmes/curricula have been successfully added to the specified employees. If the curricula/programme were already assigned, they will not be re-assigned".
6. Click "Close" button.
7. An error occurs with message: “Error loading program details. Please try again”.  

This issue has been identified as a bug.
