3768397 - The difference between two menu functions regarding cost in transaction CO02

Symptom

Symptom 1: It is not clear about the difference between the following menu functions in transaction CO02.

                   Goto -> Cost -> Cost analysis
                   Functions -> Cost

Symptom 2: In transaction CO03 menu function Goto -> Cost -> Cost analysis is clickable.

                   However menu function Functions -> Cost is gray out.
