3768401 - Filters Are Not Transported After Report Transport

After transporting the report from source system to target system, we notice that the filters saved in filters tab are not transported.

SAP Cloud For Customer

1. Transport the report from source system to target system.
2. In the target system, Go to Business Analytics work center.
3. Navigate to Design Reports view.
4. Open the transported report.
5. Observe that the report does not contains filters which were present in source system.

Filters tab and the Selections tab serve different purposes.

Filters saved in the Filters tab will not be included in the analytical transport process. Only selections made through the Selections tab can be transported. 

1. In the source system, open the report.
2. Go to the Selections tab (not the Filters tab).
3. Apply the required field selections and save them as a selection.
4. Execute the transport of report.
5. In the target system, open the report and we can see the field values are present in the selection.
