3768471 - Seamless Planning objects import is stuck at Loading screen in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)

• Seamless Planning objects (SAC and Datasphere) are not transported across tenants.
• Errors, warnings, and abnormal behavior observed during the transport process.
• Seamless model converted to Native model unexpectedly.
• The Content Network is not working; Package Sharing allows visibility but the package does not open.
• Expected behavior: The package should open and display contents, giving overwrite/exclude options with/without data and allow Import.

• SAP Analytics Cloud 2026.12.0
• SAP Datasphere

1. Login to SAC.
2. Navigate to Transport.
3. Click Import Content.
4. Click on the given file that needs to be imported.
5. Observe that the data import does not load or finished with various error and warning messages.

• Some data objects of this package are stored in an SAP Datasphere space to which you are not assigned.
• The data for the dependent objects in this package was stored in various locations.

• All dependent objects must be moved to the same SAP Datasphere space, or the SAP Analytics Cloud local repository, depending on the case.
• You must delete all objects and their dependencies before importing the data to a new location.
