Symptom
- Seamless Planning objects (SAC and Datasphere) are not transported across tenants.
- Errors, warnings, and abnormal behavior observed during the transport process.
- Seamless model converted to Native model unexpectedly.
- The Content Network is not working; Package Sharing allows visibility but the package does not open.
- Expected behavior: The package should open and display contents, giving overwrite/exclude options with/without data and allow Import.
Environment
- SAP Analytics Cloud 2026.12.0
- SAP Datasphere
Reproducing the Issue
- Login to SAC.
- Navigate to Transport.
- Click Import Content.
- Click on the given file that needs to be imported.
- Observe that the data import does not load or finished with various error and warning messages.
Cause
- Some data objects of this package are stored in an SAP Datasphere space to which you are not assigned.
- The data for the dependent objects in this package was stored in various locations.
Resolution
- All dependent objects must be moved to the same SAP Datasphere space, or the SAP Analytics Cloud local repository, depending on the case.
- You must delete all objects and their dependencies before importing the data to a new location.
