3768503 - Fiori application Process Purchase Requisitions V2 does not allow STO creation from STR - SAP S/4HANA

• When attempting to convert a Stock Transport Requisition (Item category "7") to a Stock Transport Order (STO) in the Process Purchase Requisitions V2 app, the "Create Purchase Order" button is not enabled.
• The same STR can be converted to an STO in the Process Purchase Requisitions app, where the button is enabled.
