3768552 - Inactive Users Excluded from User Search and Population Filters in - SAP SuccessFactors Compensation

Inactive users do not appear when using Population Filter → Find User in Executive Review.

Creating a filter condition with the Username criterion and entering a known inactive user does not return or recognize the user.

No error message is displayed.

1. Open Executive Review.
2. Open the Population Filter and select Find User, then search for a known inactive user; the user is not returned.
3. Alternatively, create a filter condition using the Username criterion, enter the username of a known inactive user; the user is not found.

This is a known issue that is caused due to the 'Enable Enhanced People Search' setting enabled in Company System and Logo Settings

The Engineering Team has confirmed that a fix for this issue is planned for the 2H2026 release. The 2H2026 release will be deployed on the following dates:

• Preview Environment: October 12th 2026
• Production Environment: November 13–14th 2026

As a current workaround, you can consider disabling the 'Enable Enhanced People Search' setting in Company System and Logo Settings in order to search for inactive users with Find User
