3768675 - Error performing action when approve workflows from the home page

Symptom

  • When attempting to approve workflows directly from the Home Page, the system throws an error: An application error occurred. Please try again later, or copy the below error information and send it to your support group f the issue keeps occurring. 
  • Error: internalMessage = Error performing action errorMessage = Todo Foundation not enabled code = BadRequest

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Log in as an approver user.
  2. Open the Home Page and locate the affected workflow
  3. Click Approve 
  4. Observe the error: An application error occurred. Please try again later, or copy the below error information and send it to your support group f the issue keeps occurring. 
  5. After clicking Show Error, the following error message appears:
    InternalMessage = Error performing action;
    errorMessage = Todo Foundation not enabled;
    code = BadRequest.

Cause

This is a Known Issue.

Resolution

A fix for this issue is planned for deployment according to the following schedule:

  • Preview environment: June 16
  • Production environment: June 18
