• User sync from SuccessFactors to SmartRecruiters fails.
• Changes in SuccessFactors are not reflected in SmartRecruiters after running user sync.
• In the internal network logs, the following message is visible:
  • message: Permanent failure (status 400 BAD_REQUEST) for SF User ID: [user ID] — Failed to create user with person UUID [person UUID] - lastName: invalid value for PersonName constraint
