3768735 - Error message KM30 "Transaction code se38 is not supported" is raised when starting fagl_co_plan via rgurec50 – SAP s/4hana

Symptom

After the migration from an ERP system to an S/4HANA Finance or an S/4HANA system,  the reactivation of classic GL Planning has been completed as described in SAP Note 2474069.

An error message KM30 "Transaction code se38 is not supported"  is raised when starting the function via program (e.g RGUREC50, FAGL_PLAN_COPY ...)  using transaction SE38.

However the related transactions code (e.g FAGL_CO_PLAN, FAGLGP52N ) can be started normally.
