Symptom

Disabling and Managing the ‘Online Offer’ Button Visibility

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Log in to SAP SuccessFactors system and navigate to the recruiting module.

  2. Open any active Job Requisition.

  3. Select a candidate from the application pipeline.

  4. Move the candidate to the Offer stage.

     5. Open the Offer Details / Offer Letter screen for the selected candidate.

     6. Navigate to the Send Offer Letter section.

     7. Observe the available options for sending the offer.

     8. Verify that both online offer and online e-Signature Offer buttons are                       displayed.

  

Resolution

  1. Log in to SAP SuccessFactors and navigate to Admin Center.

  2. Go to Manage Recruiting Settings.

  3. Scroll down to the Offer section.

  4. Locate the option "Allow candidates to accept offer online" and Uncheck this option.

  5. Upon unchecking, you will notice that the option "Enable electronic signature for offer letters" is automatically unchecked.

      

  6. Click Save to apply the changes.

  7. Navigate back to the Recruiting module.

  8. Open any Job Requisition and select a candidate.

  9. Move the candidate to the Offer stage (if not already).

  10. Open the Offer Letter / Offer Details screen.

  11. Go to the Send Offer Letter section.

  12. Verify that the options Online Offer and Online e-Signature Offer are no longer visible.
