3768818 - report center search/filter pin does not persist after page refresh or navigation - successfactors people analytics

Symptom

  • In Report Center, after pinning/expanding the search/filter header, navigating away from the page or refreshing causes the header to return to the collapsed state.

Environment

  • SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite
  • Report Center

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Open Report Center.
  2. Expand and pin the search/filter header.
  3. Navigate away from Report Center or refresh the page.
  4. Return to Report Center and observe the search/filter header is no longer expanded/pinned.

Cause

The search/filter header expansion state in Report Center is working as designed and does not persist after a page refresh or when the session is refreshed; it collapses by default.

The header remains expanded only during the active session for current page list.

Resolution

  1. This is the current expected behaviour.
