3768862 - eDocument Argentina: Sales and Distribution Export Invoices Not Appearing in eDocument Cockpit

Sales and Distribution (SD) Export billing documents do not appear in the eDocument Cockpit for Argentina. No record is created under any status — including "With Errors", "Not Yet Created", or "Not Relevant". FI invoices and domestic Sales and Distribution invoices work correctly under the same configuration.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Create a sales order.
2. Create an outbound delivery.
3. Post goods issue.
4. Create an SD export billing document.
5. Open the eDocument Cockpit and search for the export billing document; observe that no entry is created.

In SSCUI 102473 – Assign Document Types to Billing Types, the export billing type is assigned a domestic document type instead of the correct export document type.

When the system processes an SD Export Invoice, it uses this entry to determine the Document Class and Print Character needed to build the eDocument. If a domestic document type is assigned, the system cannot match the export electronic branch configuration — the invoice is considered not relevant for eDocument processing and no record is created in the Cockpit.

Please follow the steps below to resolve the issue:

1. In your configuration environment, search for Assign Document Types to Billing Types (SSCUI ID: 102473).

   Review the existing entries for your export billing type and destination country combination. Verify that the assigned document type corresponds to an export document type — not a domestic one.

   If the entry is missing or uses a domestic document type:
   

   1. Choose New Entries.

   2. Make an entry for the company code and source document combination related to the export destination country. When issuing export invoices, a separate entry is required for each country of destination.

   3. Save your entries.

2. After saving the configuration changes, create a new export billing document and verify that it now appears in the eDocument Cockpit.
