3768870 - Fiori custom apps show no content with 404 not found for ui5 controls after SAPUI5 patch

Symptom

  • After patching SAPUI5 (for example: from 1.71.75 to 1.71.81), the contents for customized applications in Fiori tiles are not showing up.
  • Error "404 Not Found" occurs for requested UI5 resources (for example, sap/m/Checkbox.js, sap/m/Radiobutton.js).
  • The issue occurs for all customized applications.
  • The same applications run without issues in an environment that has not been upgraded.
