3768931 - The errors persist during service quotation creation with an an execution order item(automatic Send to Planning is enabled) after mandatory fields are maintained

When creating service quotations with an execution order item and automatic Send to Planning is enabled, error messages did not disappear after mandatory fields(planning plant, work center and plant, DIP profile) are maintained, including: "Enter the planning plant.", "Enter the work center and plant.", and "Enter the DIP profile."
