3769005 - Handling of non-billable billing orders: Differences between single and mass billing

Symptom

  • Installation has a billing order with status 1 "Cannot be billed" in table ETRG.
  • Using mass billing transactions EAMASI or EA38, the installation is not billed and no error message is raised.
  • Using single billing EASIBI, the installation is billed correctly.
