3769012 - BRF+ Workbench error when creating a BRF+ expression in DQM validation rule

Symptom

When creating a BRF+ expression (e.g. 'Procedure Call', 'DB Lookup') in DQM validation rule, there is error "MDQ_BRFPLUS 107 - BRFplus object type &1 (&2) is not supported in SAP S/4HANA Cloud.".
