3769015 - "Can't find the BindingOperationInfo" Error in XI Receiver Adapter Due to Missing Binding in WSDL or Pre-existing Operation Headers (SAP Integration Suite)

Symptom

When running an XI-to-XI Exactly Once In Order (EOIO) scenario, message processing fails with one of the following errors:

  java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Can't find the BindingOperationInfo with operation name
  {http://sap.com/xi/TMS/Global}IntracompanyTransportationRequestRequest_In

  or

  java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Can't find the BindingOperationInfo with operation name
  {http://cxf.component.camel.apache.org/}invoke

  Manually setting the operationName and operationNamespace headers in a Content Modifier does not resolve the error.
