3769020 - Attachments of XML type in MDF cannot be downloaded from Manage Data

After the 1H2026 release, clicking to download XML-type attachments in MDF through Manage Data does not prompt any response. However, it can be downloaded successfully from the People Profile or Manage Document Tool.

1. Login to SF instance
2. Navigate to Manage Data >Select custom MDF
3. Attempt to download an XML attachment >Page has no response
    

 This is a known issue in the B2605 instance related to the UI of the Manage Data page

Our engineer team have found the root cause and plan to fix this defect in B2611 release.
