3769026 - Error: "Problem writing SAAJ model to stream" in STP2 reporting

Symptom

  • Machine2Machine (M2M) certificate is not working for STP-2 connectivity.
  • Error message:
    com.sap.it.rt.adapter.as4.exception.AS4ProducerException: com.sap.it.rt.adapter.as4.exception.AS4ProcessorException: com.sap.it.rt.as4.exception.AS4Exception: com.sap.it.rt.as4.exception.SamlException: com.sap.it.rt.as4.exception.SAMLIDPException: javax.xml.ws.soap.SOAPFaultException: Problem writing SAAJ model to stream: The https URL hostname does not match the Common Name (CN) on the server certificate in the client's truststore. Make sure server certificate is correct, or to disable this check (NOT recommended for production) set the CXF client TLS configuration property "disableCNCheck" to true. 
  • Communication error observed between CPI and ATO in the payroll system.
