3769042 - Duplicate quotes being created in CPQ system after C4C creation.

Symptom

CPQ quote gets duplicated after C4C creation; “Delete action not available” when attempting to remove duplicates created from C4C.

Environment

SAP CPQ

Reproducing the Issue

  1. From Sales Cloud (C4C), initiate creation of a quote in CPQ from an opportunity.
  2. Under certain conditions (for example, follow-up navigation from C4C and/or a quote owner reassignment), a second quote with the same composite number is created in CPQ.
  3. Attempting to remove the duplicate in CPQ shows that the delete action is not available for quotes originating from C4C.

Cause

The issue is identified as a bug in the system.

Resolution

The issue is expected to be resolved in one of the upcoming releases. The tentative fix version is 2608.
