3769061 - How do I configure Service Sheet Responses sent from SAP S4HANA to be routed to SAP Ariba Buying instead of SAP Business Network?

Symptom

I have configured the SES_RESPONSE_AN event linkage in SAP S4HANA, but Service Sheet Responses coming from SAP S4HANA are still sent to SAP Business Network instead of SAP Ariba Buying.
