3769064 - Error popup or screen keeps loading when clicking Performance Manager Forms link under Assign Proxy page - Known Issue

Symptom

When navigating to Settings → Proxy → Assign Proxy and clicking "Settings…" under Performance Manager Forms, an error popup appears instead of displaying the form template list or the page keeps loading.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Home page > Settings > More Settings > Proxy.
  2. Add a proxy and grant right “Performance Manager Forms”.
  3. Error pops up
  4. If no error shows, click “Select Templates (All)”, and then switch from All to Custom.
  5. Observe that the screen keeps loading and no template list is displayed.

Cause

This is a Known Issue.

Resolution

The fix for this issue is planned to be deployed with the patch 2605p11 (30-Jun-2026 Preview, 2-Jul-2026 Production). For patch timelines, please review SAP SuccessFactors Patches Knowledge Base

Workaround

Admins assign proxy rights for users through Proxy Management admin tool.
