Symptom

  • Phone format such as +86-XXXXXX is recognized as formula when exporting to CSV file from SAP SuccessFactors Story reports

Environment

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Login to SuccessFactors.

  2. Go to report center, open one story with phone number such as +86-XXXXXX
  3. Export the table data to CSV file , selecting all scope or Points of View scope with option "Including Format".
    ==>In the exported CSV file, the phone number +86-XXXXXX is recognized as formula which is not expected result.

Cause

  • The issue is caused by product defect.

Resolution

  • The issue is planned to be fixed in the upcoming releases 2026.08.15 and 2026.15.0.
