The DTP execution fails with below error:
The DTP is stuck in yellow status with no active job running and changing the status to red using the program RSPM_PROCESS_MONITOR did not work.
When trying to delete the request, it ends with the error: “Locking of process XX was refused by external tool.” and the report RSPM_CLOSE_FAILED_PROCESSES could not find any open processes.
