3769191 - Workflow shows "Requesting" and "Deduction" for absence request instead of "Time Off Used" - SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Off 1H2026

• In the workflow request screen, one time type shows both "Requesting" and "Deduction" while other time types show only "Requesting".
• Before release 1H 2026, the workflow displayed a single field labeled "Time Off Used" instead of "Requesting" and "Deduction".

1. Go to Manage Workflow Requests.
2. Filter by Request Type = Change Generic Object Action and Object = Employee Time (optionally filter by user).
3. Open a workflow for a time type configured with Duration Display According To = Deduction Quantity and observe both “Requesting” and “Deduction” fields.
4. Open a workflow for a time type configured with Duration Display According To = Work Schedule and observe only the “Requesting” field.
5. Note the difference compared to before 1H 2026 behavior where a single "Time Off Used" field was shown.

• Product behavior changed in release 1H 2026. The fields shown in the workflow depend on the Time Type setting "Duration Display According To":
• When "Duration Display According to" is "Deduction quantity":
  • Requesting: shows Quantity in Hours or Quantity in Days + Time Type Unit
  • Deduction: shows Deduction Quantity + Booking Unit 
• If using a option different than "Deduction quantity" only requesting field is displayed.

This is a product enhancement that was introduced within the 1H 2026 release.

At the moment, this cannot be reverted back to use "Time Off Used" field.
