3769196 - Why is Buy Again functionality not updating the values inside the new PR with the most recent configuration in Guided Buying?

Symptom

When I use the Buy Again functionality in SAP Ariba Guided Buying, I observe the following behaviors on the newly created Purchase Requisition (PR):

  1. Custom field values that no longer exist in the Master Data Service (MDS) are still populated on the new PR.
  2. Custom field values that were originally populated via a mapping rule reflect the old mapped value, even if the mapping logic has since been updated.
