Attempting to create Fiori Launchpad Space using partner namespace fails with authorization error; errors observed: /UI2/PAGE/056 "Namespace of Space ID is invalid or not editable", /UI2/CX_FDM_AUTHORIZATION "Missing Authorization", /UI2/CX_FDM_INPUT_INVALID, /UI2/CX_FDM_PAGE_SERVICE_BUSI; /UI2/FDM_SPACE_REPOSITORY_CUST_SRV 0001 "Authorization check not successful" with /UI2/UISC /UI2/SP_ID ACTVT 01.
