3769220 - WAK4: Promotion cannot be deleted due to promotion listing module

Symptom

Unable to delete a promotion using transaction WAK4 due to promotion listing module.

Attempting to delete the promotion’s assortment module in WSO4 shows “Promotion modules must not be changed at all” (message WM113).
