• Users who can launch performance forms see both "Launch Forms" and "Launch 360 Forms" in the search menu.
• When selecting "Launch 360 Forms", only templates the user is permitted to launch are visible; no unauthorized templates can be viewed or launched.

1. Sign in as a user who has permission to launch performance forms but does not have permission to launch 360 templates.
2. In the global search bar, type "Launch".
3. Observe that both "Launch Forms" and "Launch 360 Forms" options are displayed.
4. Select "Launch 360 Forms" and note that only authorized templates (if any) are listed.

• This is expected behavior. The permission "Permission to Create Forms" is a common setting that exposes both "Launch Forms" and "Launch 360 Forms" options in search. Actual template availability is controlled by Role-Based Permissions (RBP) at the template level.

1. Note that this is expected system behavior.
2. Ensure template-level RBP permissions are configured so users can only view and launch intended templates.
3. Seeing both search options is normal when "Permission to Create Forms" is granted; access to specific templates remains restricted by RBP.
