3769245 - Cannot save setting "Target Criteria" in General Settings from Talent Intelligence Hub

Symptom

When trying to change the Target Criteria setting in Manage Talent Intelligence Hub, Settings, Manage General Settings, saving the changes does not update the setting.

Environment

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Manage Talent Intelligence Hub
  2. Settings
  3. Manage General Settings
  4. Target Criteria
  5. Attempt to change the setting to Yes or No, depending on the current setting
  6. Save and Confirm the change in the Popup
  7. Setting is not updated and the setting is not changed when pressing Cancel

Cause

"Enable Growth Portfolio" and "Import/Export Talent Intelligence Hub and Growth Portfolio" permissions are not granted.

Resolution

Grant "Enable Growth Portfolio" and "Import/Export Talent Intelligence Hub and Growth Portfolio" permission under 

  • "Manage Permission Role > Role > Administrator Permissions > Manage Talent Intelligence Hub Settings > Enable Growth Portfolio" and "Import/Export Talent Intelligence Hub and Growth Portfolio"

Attempt to update the setting again and it will save successfully.
