Symptom

Custom code remediation activities (like adaptation, removal of orphaned objects) for SAP S/4HANA upgrade is in progress. Some custom developments that reference standard QM objects - which are being reported in connection with SAP Note 2296016 - are identified.

The SAP Note is seemingly about objects that are considered obsolete, removed, or planned for removal in SAP S/4HANA. However, the listed objects are still available in the S/4 environment. This is misleading. How to proceed?
