3769265 - Error when trying to attach files via SuccessFactors mobile on Spanish locale

Symptom

When attempting to attach a file from the SuccessFactors mobile app, the following error is generated:"No es posibile añadir el archivo adjunto. Inténtelo de nuevo".

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Mobile

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Login to the mobile app
  2. Go to Full People Profile
  3. Choose any portlet that have attachment section
  4. Attach a file
  5. An error will occur

Resolution

The fix will be included in the next app regular release, which is currently scheduled around July 21, 2026.


Work around:

You can switch the app language to English and use the feature there, or perform the same action through the Web or Android version of the product.
