3769298 - Latest people profile displays wrong value for user-type field in a Custom MDF Object

• In latest People Profile, a field of data type user on a custom MDF object displays an unexpected alphanumeric identifier instead of the expected user value.
• The same field shows the correct user value when viewed in Manage Data.

SuccessFactors HCM Suite

1. Open any affected user’s People Profile and navigate to the section that contains the custom MDF card.
2. Locate the user-type field on the card and observe it shows an unexpected alphanumeric identifier instead of the expected user value.
3. Go to Manage Data, open the same custom MDF record for the same user, and observe the field shows the correct user value.

A product defect has been identified and the code correction is planned for the 2H2026 release.

Monitor this KBA for updates on availability of the fix. As a temporary workaround, use Manage Data to view the correct value for the affected user-type field.
