3769345 - Notifications not received and error "RAISE_SHORTDUMP" when saving “Market Data Request” Situation Type

• Notifications from the "Market Data Request" Situation Type are not received when the market rate import job succeeds or fails.
• When saving the Situation Type in the "Manage Situation Types – Extended" app, the UI returns: "Runtime Error: 'RAISE_SHORTDUMP'. The OData request processing has been abnormally terminated."
• ST22 shows a dump with exception /BOBF/CX_FRW_FATAL in class CL_SIT2_TYPE_REPO during save.
• Logs show: "Responsibility Definition missing in Object Structure" for an attribute (for example, COMPANY_CODE) that is not part of the Situation Object payload.
• Logs may show: "RETURN - Navigation Responsibility Management mappings not defined, default to MySituations."
