3769346 - OpenAPI: Contract Workspace condition logic not recalculated after field updates via Modify Contract Workspaces API

Symptom

I noticed that the Contract Workspace condition logic does not recalculate when fields are updated via the Modify Contract Workspaces REST API; the API returns HTTP 200 with no error, but dependent tasks, conditions and forms do not update.
